"Night all." Kelvhan looked down at Cumar, who trotted off in the direction of the stairs. Kelv shifted Ella and hoisted his pack and the cloaks. With Cricket following behind he walked swiftly after the wolf and up to the room. He dropped the gear on the floor with a loud thump, knowing that it wouldn't wake Ella then he lowered her onto a bed. Once he was sure she was still asleep and Cricket had curled up against her, he sat on his own. Running a hand through his hair he looked again at Cumar, who had laid his head on Kelv's knee. "Yeah I know. It's a big change." He ruffled the wolf's fur and laid down, one hand droping to rest on Cumar's back. He fell asleep that way, lieing with one hand on Cumar and listening to Ella's breathing.

Vol had waited until everyone had left. Thanks to Arlenwa, and the many pattering and trotting off feet as Kelvhan and Ella left, The staircase was easily noticable... at least for Vol it was. Walking back to the fire, he tilted his hooded head to look down at the coals and remaining spurts of flame. It felt nice, nice and warm against his face. Shuffling the staff closer to him, Vol leaned against the white wood.
He had no clue how long to stand there, but already the horrendous storm was beginning to pass. The thunder was less often, and the rain seemed to ease up a little. That was always good. With all luck, it should be perfectly fine tomorrow. Good.
Turning on his heel, Vol walked over to the stairs and without hesitating, glided up them with not so much of a creek of timber. Shuffling down the hallway, Vol reached up to the door number and slowly drew his fingers, following the edges. Frowning, he put the key in the slot and twisted. Seemed to fit. Shuffling inside, he gently closed the door, and walked over to the bed. With a heavy hearted sigh, he put his bag down and leaned his staff against the wall.
remouving his cloak, he draped it over the staff and glided back to the bed. Picking up his bag, he made sure the contents were still there before setting it by his staff and sitting down.
His back ached. Gosh it ached. The scars and terrible burn marks from the night with the fire still throbbed after a long, weary day such as this. The ones across his face felt hotter, and when he ran a hand across them, they stood out more then usual.
With a sigh, he hung his head and put them into his hands. Rubbing his face and bleary diluted eyes, he sat back on his bed and fell into a half-restless sleep.... asusual.

Hesitantly, Arlenwa sat up on the bed and let her feet brush the cold floor and stood. Hopefully Ella would be well enough for them to travel. She wouldn't like to linger in this place. There were too many.. prejudice mortals here. Not that she couldn't protect herself, but she'd rather not have to endure the torment. Since when was I so bitter? She thought unhappily. Perhaps some time home will get me back to my old self.
Smiling now the she elf gathered her small pack and pulled her cloak around her, silently moving down the staircase. A chair was again vacant near the fireplace, as were most of the others, so she took it, sitting with her back turned to the men already making noise at tables on the other side of the room. Luckily Arlenwa had already pulled her hood up so there wasn't a chance they had seen.. her ears. Then again her face or body could just as easily give her away. Arlenwa merely smirked, easing in the chair. Who cared if they found out? They couldn't do much to harm her that wouldn't be done to them in the same amount of damage. Thinking to herself Arlenwa waited for the other three to make their way downstairs.

Kelvhan woke early, sitting up and streching. He yawned lightly popping his back before standing. He went over to Ella placing a hand on her forehead. It was still hot, but not nearly as bad. Quietly he changed his shirt and packed their bags. Cumar went to the door wanting out, do doubt to go hunt down a snack. Knowing that he'd get in trouble for waking her up he quietly left the room, Cumar bounding down the steps in front of him. The wolf spared Arlenwa a quick glance then trotted over to the door. Waiting for Kelv.
Before he could get growled at Kelvhan opened the door for Cumar, watching for a moment as the wolf trotted off. He sighed and went to sit by Arlenwa. He had only put on a fresh shirt, wearing everything else he had last night. His hair stood up in small spiky patches, pointing in every direction. He wasn't one to make conversation but he tried now. "Good morning." He didn't look at her, rather at the nearst wall.
Cricket purred and streched his paws out, pushing against Ella. He had always been her alarm clock and he had decided it was time to get up and moving.
For a minute she ignored him, then rolled over to face him. She groaned at the way her stomach rolled. She was hungery but at the same she didn't even want to smell food. When she finaly sat up her head spun and automaticly she flopped back onto the bed. It took a few more minutes and a couple of meows from Cricket but Ella finaly hauled herself out of bed. She was better, not completely but enough to manage. Seeing as how their stuff was gone she walked from the room and walked slowly down the steps. Her movements were measured and she put on her best face when she saw Kelv and Arlenwa. She stifled a yawn as she joined them. "Hey guys." She played with Kelv's hair, spiking the few places that weren't already.

Vol Turin, his bag neatly packed and on his back, metal 'boots' or gauntlets strapped to his shins and over the top of his feet, was standing outside the Tavern door. The morning air was crisp with the overwhelming smell of fresh rain and dew. Everywhere was wet, more of a damp, but other wise it was clear. Clearing his throat and strapping his metal armoured gloves a little tighter, he walked back into the tavern.
His hood was pulled over his head as usual, bathing his face in shadow. Entering, he closed the tavern door behind him, and walked across the tavern with rhythmic 'chunk' 'chunk' of his armoured feet on the floor. His cloak twisted behind him, white wooden staff in hand. Reaching the counter, he ordered himself a little packing food.
As the bar tender left, Vol shrugged off his bag and set it next to him on the counter top. Fishing out a few coins from his pockets, he paied for the food and packed it all away. It was fairly quiet, yet there was the unmistakable noises of others in the tavern. He noticed Ella's voice, the ending of Kelvhan's mornings, and no doubt Arlenwa was there aswell.
With a sigh, Vol threw his bag over one shoulder and strided over to the others. Today could well turn out to be a long one. With a dip of his hood, he greeted the trio with silence.
Shifting the staff to his left hand, he dusted his shoulder with a quick brush of his hand. "I trust you've all slept well?"

"Good morning." At the greeting Arlenwa smiled slightly and nodded, shifting uneasily in her chair. "Morning." When Ella approached Kelvhan her smile brightened. Things'd be less awkward now, thank heaven.. "Hello." Silently, she watched her play with her brother's hair, stirring up memories of her childhood in Aglar Arda.
"I trust you've all slept well?" Arlenwa didn't need to turn and look to know it was Vol but she did anyway, smiling a smile he wasn't even able to see. She frowned at the thought, studying the table briefly before looking back up at the others. "I slept better than I have in a few weeks." It was a lie, but one that'd hopefully keep some air of pleasantness around the group. "Do any of you wish to stay here for a while?" She sat straight up in the chair, trying not to let her body language determine their decision. She wouldn't object either way.

Kelvhan rolled his eyes at Ella and pulled his head away from her. He was glad she was up, it would make things easier for him, he wouldn't have to talk so much. He shot her a grin and then looked back towards the other two. "Good as any sleep I've had in awhile." He glanced again at Ella, the smile comming back. "How about you kiddo?" He was pushing her buttons but just slightly.
She wasn't suprised that Kelv pulled away, she was used to it now. She was hardly paying attention to anyone instead she was staring off into space. Then she heard Kelvhan called her kiddo. In the next instant she swung her hand at him, thumping him on the back of the head. "I am not a 'kiddo' Kelvhan Iyrandrar. I'm as old as you are." She crossed her arms and glowered at him.
"Your younger" He grinned back at her, rubbing the back of his head. It didn't really hurt but he was glad that she wasn't in top shape, then she could have thumped him quite a bit harder. He reached out his hand and poked her side, trying to get her to smile.
Ella jumped when he poked her but moved away from him, taking up a spot closer to Arlenwa. For the time being she ignored her brother and turning to Vol. "I slept great except Kelv snores like a bear. What about you, uh...what was your name again?" She looked at him shyly, unable to remember his name.
Kelvhan chuckled, "We don't have any reason to hang out around here. We can leave whenever, she'll be wanting to get out of here as quick as possible."

Vol silently watched the bickering duo. He never really gotten the chance to fool aroudn in his family. All the punches, jibes and harshness weren't games, they were real. His family and the people in it often spoke only truths in a sence like that. So Vol frowned and watched. He wasn't really envious; but he did wish he had an easier past and life.
With a single word, he turned his head to look at Ella. "Vol." He said simply, the edge of humour in his voice. He cleared his throat and looked back at the others.
"I am ready when ever you all are. Although it would be nice if we could leave earlier in the day. This morning smelt fresh of rain and dew, but I don't think there will be any storms in the morning time. The evening and night could be different. Best to be out an about while we get the proper weather to." He said, his right hand and armoured glove tightening around the white staff. He shrugged his shoulder further onto his shoulder to prevent it from slipping.
