Queen Alassëa Whispertomesoftly;;
Queen Alassëa stretched her elegant arms her to the sky as she made her way out of her room and stepped into her homeland. She was wearing a violet colored dress that fit comfortably to her slim body as it reached all the way to the floor. The sleeves of the dress made their way to her wrists and stopped, flailing out, just a bit. Her hair was in a half-bun, as the rest of the hair flowed behind her whenever she walked. Her beautiful crown rested upon her head. Even if she had not worn the crown, there was a certain air around her that made everyone know her position among the elves. After all this is what she had been bred to do, for hundreds of years. A warm smile spread across her rosy-red lips as she made her way past her people. The elves who noticed their Queen paused what they were doing to lower their head, just slightly. Alassëa just raised her hand to them. Although she didn’t mind others being so formal with her, she felt a bit uncomfortable with it. She sometimes wanted others to see her as normal, just an average elf, although that was far from the fact. She was different then the other elves and that was something that she could never deny, not even to herself. Though she would never slip up. Smile, wave, and walk gracefully, these were something she did not have to work for, for they came naturally too her.
Alassëa turned and walked over to a lone elf that was watering his plants. When he spotted the Queen approach him he paused what he was doing and bowed. Alassëa automatically raised her hand. “No need for that, good sir. All I need is a simple answer. I was wondering if you knew my children’s whereabouts.” Although she knew her children were well old enough to take care of themselves, she couldn’t help, but worry. They were her only family left and she was not sure if she’d be able to maintain her peacefulness if something were to happen to them. It wasn’t as if she didn’t trust them, she did very much. She just liked to know where they were, just in case. Although sadly the man just shrugged his shoulders and said that he had no idea and that he was sorry. Alassea grinned at him, which would make any human man melt, and told him that it was fine and she was sure they were somewhere near. She then quickly turned around and left.
She had lived in this place her whole life. Only once when she was younger did her father give her the experience of a lifetime and took her beyond the borders of their home. They did not go far, but the experienced was burned within her mind. Alassea sighed as she leaned upon a tree, making sure that she was not in sight. Thinking about her father and mother made her sad sometimes, for she missed them greatly, and wished they were still here, to guide her when she was not sure what to do. A Queen should know all the answers, should be able to lead her people, without thinking. Alassëa sometimes had a problem with that, even more now, because she was losing her people, those who decided to go behind her back and join the human ranks. It wasn’t as if she disliked the humans for any reason, but she was raised to be only loyal to the elves, so it really rubbed her the wrong way they would do that. Now their once peaceful home was forever disturbed, she was not sure if they could live the way they did not long ago, back when the humans stayed on their land and they stayed upon there.
Alassëa pushed herself from the trees and began to walk even more. She was not sure whom or what she was looking for. Someday, we shall have peace. Even if it is long after I’m gone and my children are standing in the place I am now. Someday soon. She thought to herself, as she closed her deep green eyes, hazed over with worry for what was too come next. In the end, she would fight if she had too. She would stand proudly for her people and fight till her death. Death, she was not afraid of it, for all came to it at a time. She turned as she spotted a calico cat come up to her and rub against her leg. a slight smile flickered across her lips.
"Callie, what are you doing here?" She asked her. Her father had given her the beautiful dark coated cat when she was rather young. Most elven animals lived far longer then with their human companions. Callie just looked up at her and tilted her head. A small meow was her answer. Alassëa, couldn't help but let out laugh as she bent down and gathered the cat in her arms and began to stroke her as she kept on walking.

Latanya & Thyrza A tiny speck flew through the air, from close by. It was the size of a leaf when it took off in Autumn. If you looked closer, you would have noticed it was purple, with black long hair and brown eyes. It was being blown through the air with the wind. She was close to screaming and it was almost like a whistle. She landed with a bump in a flowerbed. She jumped up, with the help of her tiny wings, and she rubbed down her dress. She looked round and saw elfish folk. She tutted and took off again, flying round one elf, which held a gorgeous cat in her arms. Latanya smiled at the cat and whispered in it's ear. She giggled and looked up at the elf. She recognised her and gasped. She flew upward slightly and pinged her nose. A tiny voice came from her mouth, which sounded normal for her, yet a probably a tiny squeek for the elf. "Hello! Can you hear me?" she asked, with no reply. She sighed and flew to a nearby tree, and rang the tiny bell entwinned in her hair, which sounded out to her butterflies. The butterflies came on noisy wings, and surrounded her, making her grow to the size of a normal fairy, which was more visable and less annoying. The butterflies settled around her and Latanya sat amongst them happily.

Queen Alassëa Whispertomesoftly;;
Today sure was a beautiful day. She tilted her head upwards and looked up at the sky. Part of it was hidden by the trees, but beams of sunlight shone down upon the bottom of her home. The forest looked more beautiful because the leaves had changed colors which danced as they gradually fell to the ground. Spring and Fall had to be her favorite seasons, that's when the forest got to show off it's true beauty.
Queen Alassëa turned her head and looked around when she thought she heard something. She shrugged her shoulders, believing it was just the wind, or something of that sort. She turned down and looked at Callie, beginning to pet her. Callie looked up at her with knowing eyes. “What is it, girl?” She asked looking around. She wasn’t quite sure, but she felt another presence near by, but she couldn’t see anything. She kept on petting Callie, but she did not move from her spot. However it was didn’t seem like trouble, but she was curious to know who this person or creature was. She then smiled when she finally saw the fairy with a bunch of flowers. A fairy! Ah, she should have known that’s who it was, after all there weren’t many other small majestic creatures like the fairy.
“Hello, there, I’m sorry I didn’t sense you earlier. What is your name?” She asked her in a gentle voice. She figured the fairy already knew who she was, so there was no point in introducing herself. Callie tilted her head and looked at the fairy curiously, before she jumped out of Alassëa’s hands and walked off into the forest. Alassëa watched her go with a shake of her head as she turned her attention back over to the fairy. She always loved fairies, for they were such beautiful creatures. There weren’t many creatures that she could find fault in, well, except for maybe humans. She doesn’t judge a species though based on one of their kind, however. She knows there are both bad and good humans as we as any species in the world. It was the natural balance of things. Sadly, there could not be good, without evil. The universe would then collapse. “Is there anything I can do for you?” She asked the fairy in a slow and calm voice.

Latanya sat crossed legged on the branch and crossed her arms. A red butterfly sat next to her jumped with fright and took flight, making all the others fly away as well. Latanya didn't flinch. She just sat and watched the queen with intent eyes. She could sense another's presense. She heard a rustle close by and she shifted forward and floated in mid-air. She flew a little, as if she was swaying, the rustles stopped and Latanya looked round. She saw the gardener, just a little away and sighed. We can't be seen by him, he'll expose us... she said, her voice much more present than before. She uncrossed her arms and waved them around. She watched her fingers and twirled her hair. She heard another rustle and a whisper. Shhhhh....... and the whispers stopped.

Queen Alassëa Whispertomesoftly;;
Queen Alassëa paused for she too heard the rustle. She headed the Fairy’s word and did not speak. A frown stretched across her lips. Who was in the forest, disturbing her? Were they friend or foe? Carefully Alassea reached down and grabbed her bow which was slung across her right arm; it was concealed by her long hair. She grabbed it tightly, making slow motions. She usually wandered in the forest unarmed, but for some reason she grabbed her bow and an arrow this morning, before she left. Her eyes flickered over to the fairy and gave her a questioning look. She wasn’t quite sure what was going on, but she wasn’t going to let anyone disturb the peace of her home. She might have been out of practice when it came to fighting, but the memories of her years of training were fresh upon her memory.
She shifted her weight, gradually brining down her arrow and placing a bow with swan feathers upon it, lowering it toward the ground. She wasn’t going to attack unless she felt frightened, she only brought one arrow with her, although she had a small knife hidden away in the folds of her dress, her sword was not with her. She rang her tongue across her lips as she waited. She wasn’t quite sure if they were in any danger, perhaps this fairy didn’t want the other elves to notice them? if that was it, Alassëa felt a bit foolish. She relaxed her muscles. “Are you trying to hide from the elves?” she whispered to her. If that was it then why would she show herself to her? Alassea lowered her bow even more, standing up straight, looking at the fairy, awaiting her answer.

Latanya froze as she watched the bow. The whispers began, louder this time, and again, she shushed them. She flickered through the air, towards the queen, and rested against the bow. She looked up at the queen and sighed. We don't normally show ourselves. It's all his fault I'm here. Him and his stupid, bloomin'... The rustles began again and as Latanya's head flew round, a horn poked out between the bushes. It's black and sharp, yet somehow mysterious. It was slowly followed by a long, brown, smooth head, with black eyes and black hair. The rest followed. Four chestnut legs and one black tail. Latanya tutted and flew instantly over, and the unicorn was instantly flinching. You and that horn. I should saw it off and throw it where you can't find it! she shouted. The unicorn looked sheepishly at the fairy and smiled. I'm sorry, Latanya. I am still working on it. he said, his voice boomed and was subtle. He noticed the queen and stepped forward, lowering his head in a sort of bow. As he raised it, Latanya kicked his mane and ran up it to sit on his head.

Queen Alassëa Whispertomesoftly;;
Alassëa had seen a unicorn before, once when she was younger. Everything else she read in the scrolls of scholars who used to travel around the world. That is what she wished for when she was younger. Back when she was childish and didn’t understand the world. Of course she still held the dream to her heart, but she was older now, and had responsibilities now. She wasn’t old, but she had children and was Queen. She dropped her dreams when her father died, but she wandered what would have happened if instead of become Queen, decided to follow her dream, and explore the world. She shook her head, focusing her attention back upon the two who were in front of her.
“Well, if you don’t want to anyone to know you are here, then you can trust me to keep your secret.” She said placing a hand over her heart and nodded her head. She had learned long ago that it was best to keep secrets to herself. It was rude to but into someone else’s business, even more so spreading things that you shouldn’t. She smiled softly at them.

Latanya rolled her eyes and shrugged, swinging her legs slightly. Thyrza stepped a few more steps forward and nodded at the Palace. I have dreamt of this place for so long and now I am here, it seems nothing but a fairytale. he said, his voice small and petty as Latanya tutted and tugged on his mane. You and your bloomin' dreams. We aren't even supposed to be here. You know the rules. You were the one that made the rules! she said, harshly. The unicorn threw his head up, also throwing the fairy up as well. She landed on his rump heavily and she huffed up at him. Thryza gave a slight warning look at her and the fairy gave in. He turned back to the Queen and gave an apoligizing look. He sighed. I heard you earlier. Asking about your children. I know not the where abouts of your sons. Only your daughter. Arlenwa, I do believe. he said. He closed his eyes and his horn came to life, a flutter of light escaped from the end and hit a tree closeby. A light shone from within and picture emerged. Arlenwa was the centre of the picture. Just her frozen in time.

Queen Alassëa Whispertomesoftly;;
Alassëa smiled softly at the two of them. You could tell they’ve been together for a while now. She did not speak as they talked to each other; she gently turned her head and looked around the forest. The forest she had lived her whole life. She wandered how long it would stand tall, or if in the end it was cut down long after the elves were gone. No, she couldn’t let their species die. She wouldn’t allow it. Their race had strived for thousands of years. She was about too let that happen. She shook her head, her long hair falling into her face. She raised her hand and gently swiped her hair out of her eyes.
She was so lost in her own thoughts that she almost did not hear his words. “You do know about my daughter? Can you tell me where she might be?” She knew her children were old enough be to on their own, actually they were all way past adult hood, but she still liked to know. She still worried about them. After all a mother doesn’t stop loving her children because her children had grown up. They were really her only family left and she liked to know where they were. She couldn’t imagine something horrible happening to them. She didn’t t like the thought at all.
