September 22nd 2004. Oceanic Flight 815 from Sydney to Los Angeles was caught up in what was believed to be heavy turbulance causing the Boeing 707 airliner to break up mid-air and plummet towards the ground.
342 passengers were on board, though many people from the flight died on impact, but there were survivors. People from all walks of life and divergent cultures. Friends, Strangers, Family and Enemies alike must all band together to remain alive and keep hope that rescue is on it's way.
What dangers lie on the mysterious and seemingly uninhabited island? Can the Survivors make it through the nights stranded and traumatised from the plane crash? Who will take the lead to keep people calm and together in one place? Who will create obstacles and friction among their fellow Losties? All will be revealed over time.
But if we can't live together, will we die alone?
Adrift is set during Season One of LOST. Anything you know or thought you knew is now null and void. Throw new and different curve balls there way, while maintaining the spirit of the show we all love. The Islands many mysteries and dangers are all new and bewildering to those who were lucky to survive Oceanic Airlines flight 815. The ball is in our court. We can mold and shape the characters any way we see fit.
