EX-SLAVE ELWING
I'M HANGING BY A MOMENT HERE WITH YOU, AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO
SPENDING TIME HERE WITH YOU AND ME IN YOUR ARMS FEELS SO RIGHT, SOME
TIMES WONDERING WHO IS HOLDING WHO. THIS IS WHERE I WANT TO BE.

[/color][/blockquote][/blockquote]» Pausing in mid-step, the white mare nickered softly, though with a gentle tug on the reins, she fell silent. The trees around them seemed to fall silent from their usual whispering it seemed. Plant life felt frozen to her almost, she could hardly sense anything around her as her senses stretched as hard as they could to hear beyond their normal capabilities. Hoof beats were head behind them, but they had chosen an unwise path through the thickest part of the brush to tail them. A devious smirk crawled along the fae's lips, as she then gestured to Bregolien, having heard he was a ranger, and though he had feelings towards the races, his protecting them went beyond his own. What she was thankful for though, was that he hadn't asked about her family, she'd asked about his, and people usually asked about her's in turn, so she usually lied, saying she lived with someone, but to Brego, she didn't want to lie.
» Lips dropped their smirk, before hearing him speak, blue eyes turned to fixate on him silently, as if seeing him for the first time. A swift nod, she urged Hevlena into a slow trot, as she raised her arms, keeping the trees' branches out of their way, as well as much as she could. Checking up on them once in awhile, the horses made their way through the brush, and soon, the forest broke away to a large clearing, which soon led to a town sheltered by some of the forest's fingers that managed to brush against it. Elle gestured, "Be that your destination?" She offered a soft grin, before hearing a horn being blown up on a hill. Glancing around behind them and their horses, Hevlena and Andaer paused as their ears flicked about. Hevlena whinnied, and pawed the ground, she always enjoyed a good game of hide-and-seek - unfortunately. Or chasing the other horses, which was why Elle entered her into racing events sometimes, and they usually won.
» Keeping the - slightly - unruly mare reined in, the blonde looked to the male beside her, whom she'd instantly realized, she had a connection with - she felt she could trust him. Swallowing her fear, the young woman pressed on with Hevlena, before pausing her mare to make sure Bregolien was coming along. Turning to her traveling companion, the hybrid mused, "I shall part from our joint path upon your arrival to where you wish to be." she was hesitant to leave though, as if when she did, something would happen. The thought of something happening to her once she left was horrible, the thought of something happening to him once she left was even worse than would could happen to her. Besides, she could take care of herself - or so she hoped. Eying him curiously, she gave a gentle smile as they neared the town.
