The kingdom of Forsilvra is a thriving land. Most people live their days on their farms or in their mines, working day to day in order to survive. But for the elite class, those Lords who govern lands and provinces, life in Forsilvra is constant struggle of power. The battle for power and position is usually a subtle one - the ties of marriage, the treaties that bind families and lands, the barter and trade of wealth, property, and resources.
Fifty years ago, after a civil war involving the entire kingdom, a new King from a new line was crowned. But not everyone in Forsilvra is happy with the current ruler or the circumstances behind his family's ascension to the throne. Political unrest is brewing, as those of noble class struggle to push their own houses into power.
